Well- another year come and gone in this lifetime and I haven't too much to show for it.

-My drawing skills have improved, I'll admit.
-I'm still madly in love with a big video game lovin' goof (and I wouldn't have it any other way )
- I'm back in school.
- I have a crap-tacular job that I just can't seem to quit.
- I have my own house... well, apartment and that counts for something.
- I've only completed one of my 100 themes. |D I'm so pathetic.

So- not a complete waste of a year I suppose.

Two of my friends surprised me yesterday- it was so great. Here I was, surfin' neopets and DA- feeling sorry for myself since I was sick (I've been sick all week- bah!) and alone (Justin, meh luff, had to work) and they surprise me with gifts and took me to Chili's for some chips and dip and ice cream! Then we came home and played some karaoke revolution which was hard since I have a stuffy nose so they sang with me! I love my friends!

I also got some great online pressies. Indy gave me a great gift not long ago and Stealthy helped me on Neopets a LOT as well. ^^ Now I'm 1/3 away from my Pirate Paint brush goal! XD Plus so many people either left me comments or dropped notes wishing me a happy birthday- made me feel SO much better. It sounds corny but it did. I had no idea so many people cared. T^T

So yeah- just wanted to update and show I'm not dead yet. I'll try and draw something nice soon- promise!

I'm officially debt free now! I've paid off my school bill and I enroll tomorrow. XD I'm a little nervous because its gonna be pretty tight, money wise, from here on out but I think I can manage it. I've had one commission through work for art and hopefully thats the start of a new mini-income. ^^

Speaking of income I hafta find a new job. The current one is WAY too stressful and there is no way its gonna pay the bills when I'm only planning on working part-time. Plus they're always short handed and hassling me to come in on my days off (like today) when I have stuff to do (like school stuff) *squee*! But there's a job at a nearby casino that I'm applying at if I cant find an on-campus job.

Also, for those who care, my sister DOESN'T have a tumor and will not require surgery. She went to the specialist and said that she may have a pinched nerve or something but its nothing critical and she needs to be back in a year for a check up. XD I'm really glad.

PS I'm totally obsessed with RENT now. XD I watched it at a friends and I cried. I've been listening to the soundtrack ever since.

PSS My birthday is next Saturday and I'll be broke! D= No party for me.

I've decided that I'm going to retire this old account. I created a new one but I'm still using this one as my main until the subscription runs out in September. I may change my mind between now and then but I doubt it.
